[Feature request] Show loot spec in cast bar when opening vault (ElvUI feature)

Put "opening vault for $lootspec" in the vault opening castbar. A great QoL feature I miss from ElvUI. (also miss the bars at the very bottom where I could display gold, current spec, change spec/lootspec)
