Complete crash and partial uninstall

Description

On Windows, i was playing a movie, pressed left arrow to go back and Fladder crashed and instantly deleted its shortcut and some other files (so kind of uninstalled itself).

Reproduction steps

1. Play any movie
2. Press left 
3. It crashes and partially uninstalls

Related to #197. Windows marks some flutter applications as viruses, and will remove the files even if you're actively using it.

No real way for me to fix this aside from letting Microsoft sign the .exe files.
