Summary

RTX VSR has been an option for NVIDIA cards for over 3 years now, and it can provide a great viewing experience for playing lower or old quality media on a higher resolution monitor.

This is available natively in browsers (chrome, firefox)

Basic Example

It should be a setting, probably opt-in, to enable VSR for video playback

Drawbacks

With certain media RTX VSR artifacts can be noticeable and some may not like that
