• Add logging to blueapi configuration file
• In get_chip_format, the format of OxfordInner chip has changed and now matched the Oxford chipType
• Add

to setup and clear logs blueapi calls in run_fixed_target.sh

• Update the test_move_to_preset_with_pmac_move values to match the new ones from dodal issue 1991
