Ability to hide password reset option when using OIDC

Currently as it stands the enrolment page shows both Enrollment process and Password Reset. For organisations that are enforcing OIDC and not using local user accounts the Password Reset page does not have a purpose and could cause confusion for end-users.

Having the option to hide this using a config variable would be a clean and easy way to avoid this confusion.
