Migrate licence server to Defguard group

- Migrate github.com/teonite/update-service to defguard/license-server (private repository).
- Make sure all CI and release processes work as expected.
- Make available under a new domain license.defguard.net
- For backwards compatibility, redirect https://license.defguard.net/ to https://pkgs.teonite.net/
