Libjasper considered obsolete. Switching to OpenJPEG #2
Description
Debian and several applications (imagemagick) have switched from JasPer to OpenJPEG. JasPer (libjasper) has been removed from the Debian repositories as of Stretch. I think it would therefore be a good idea to rewrite https://github.com/DavidGriffith/xv/blob/master/xvjp2k.c to use OpenJPEG instead.
