Steam not starting after lock screen

Hi, I have in my detached command to start steam. This works well, but if my computer is locked the command doesn't look to execute after login. is there a way around this or possibly I have this setup inccorectly?

Windows can stall some applications's startup when it's in lock screen. You may run the script detached

That is just a relic of me trying things to get it to work. Which it did not

Do you have steam auto started?
