fix(ci): gofmt main.go、消除 go vet unsafeptr 误报、修 Windows UPX 步骤

- gofmt -w native/main.go（对齐字段）
- debug_darwin.go: uintptr -> unsafe.Pointer 改为经 *uintptr 读回，规避 vet 误报
- release.yml: Lint 拆成 gofmt(bash) / vet；UPX 步骤按 runner 分别安装，
  Windows 走 choco（原来在 pwsh 上跑 sudo apt-get 必然失败）
