[FEATURE] Werum dev team would like to be able to have access to the Artefactory UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Due to a failed build during sprint 2, the Werum development team weren't entirely sure anymore what exactly had been pushed to the artifactory. They don't have any credentials to access the UI however, only the github_werum account. This user however is blocked from the UI and cannot access it.

Describe the solution you'd like
While understanding that it does not make sense to access the Artefactory UI for a technical user, we think the team shall have at least one account to access Artifactory in a similiar manner like it was previously available for Harbour.

Describe alternatives you've considered
At least an access to the delivery containers could be sufficient.

Dear @fmorel-ads

Today it was decided to leave only Artifactory GUI to F2 team. We can of course open this interface to more people, but we need to study the impact in terms of security beforehand, as opening the interface is not trivial. So if you have this type of request, can you please make it official with Engineering team?
