Usage of multiple libraries?

Hi,
I sequenced a sample and the company generated several libraries, so I have multiple paired libraries.
Can I use Sealer with multiple libraries or must I concatenated all the _1.fq and all the _2.fq?

Hi @desmodus1984,

You don't need to concatenate the reads, you can just specify all of the individual reads files to your Sealer command!
