Locally Loaded sb3 Projects Do Not Save

Describe the bug
When a user loads a sb3 project from the file menu, the project does not save to the cloud.

To Reproduce

1. New Project
2. Click file
3. "Load from computer"
4. Upload a .sb3 file
5. Click the Save button to the right of the file drop down menu
6. Reload the window
7. The project will revert back to the default project

Expected behavior
The newly loaded sb3 file should load from the cloud
