There are two long term time interval routes (enhanced_tag and rest_mode_period) that don't conform to the regular oura document format, and crash the pipeline. when used with the normal OuraDocumentChecker. This either needs to be handled in the checker, or there needs to be a new checker type to handle these kinds of documents.
