azure core 1.55.4 breaks android compatibility

Upgrading from 1.55.3 leads to the following error message at build.

Error: Invalid package reference in com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-core; not included in Android: java.lang.foreign. Referenced from com.fasterxml.jackson.core.internal.shaded.fdp.v2_18_3.FastDoubleSwar

Thanks for filing this @baywet

In the application you've found this issue, how is it consuming azure-core and Jackson? Looking quickly through Jackson's code java.lang.foreign should only be coming up when consuming the multi-release JAR functionality in the Java 22 code.

Here is the full repo (in android studio):

1. create a new project (empty activity, api level 26)

2. add the following dependencies in /app/build.gradle (.kts if kotlin was selected)

   implementation("com.azure:azure-core:1.55.4")
   implementation("javax.xml.stream:stax-api:1.0-2")

3. Add the following option above the dependencies section

   lint {
        checkAllWarnings = true
    }

4. run gradle build

@alzimmermsft the jackson team has released a patched version. https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson/wiki/Jackson-Release-2.18.4.1
I've just put together #45662 to upgrade the dependency.
