Use `multicall3` when staking / withdrawing / claiming for multiple sequencers

Currently the workflow of managing the sequencers when you've staked more than a handful takes a lot of work.
This would involve sending a tx for every single sequencer.

Can we batch these using Multicall? I'd leave important items like token approval txs and staker deployment txs separated.
