Automated indexer deployment

Currently there are two indexer deployments `red` and `green`.

To update the indexer you'll need to:
1. Update the currently inactive indexer.
2. Wait for it to finish re-indexing.
3. Make the updated indexer the active one.
4. Update the other indexer.

Can we automate this?
