When I turn on my phone screen (without a lock screen), my icons disappear until I move my finger on the screen, after which the dock bar icons appear, and until I launch an app from there(or from quick settings), my icons do not restore.
This issue appeared 2 days after a clean flashing ROM, and it disappears when the screen lock is activated(PIN, pass or another). I've already tried clearing "Pulse" app data and reboot phone, but that didn't help

The issue appeared on its own 2 days after flashing the ROM. I noticed it because I use the 'Do not lock the screen after turning off for 30 minutes' feature. I also tried removing the screen lock, but the issue did not go away.
