Installed Atlas on a working Windows 11 system

I have installed Atlas on a Windows 11 Home system (25H2); processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz; memory 12 GB. During the installation I had a red box show up but the installation seemed to go okay.
After restart I could not log into the system, only the 3 icons on the lower right of the screen (the internet connection, the help tools, and the restart button). I gave up for the night after playing a bit. When I checked in the morning the box to enter the password was available and I was able to log in with my Microsoft password. Most things seemed alright except the taskbar never showed up, just a spinning circle.
When I restarted Atlas it would go into the login screen without my picture and the password box. If I let the system alone, eventually (around 20-30 minutes) the password box would appear and I could login again. I played around with the setup of Atlas and installed LibreWolf because I didn't trust Chrome anymore. During this process of using the system the taskbar finally showed up.
So now, everything seems to work properly except that the Performance Tab on the Task Manager doesn't move any of the graphs (so nothing real time is displayed).
