Unable to use Amazon Q

when i hit hi/any thing in text pannel , im getting an error like authenticate again and again

Thank you for reporting this issue. We've triaged it as a bug and are actively investigating.

This appears to be the same authentication loop issue reported in #181 and several other recent issues. We're tracking it internally and working on a fix.

In the meantime, could you please provide your system details (OS, VS Code version, Amazon Q version) to help us narrow down the root cause?

Here are my system details to help with the active investigation:

• OS: Windows 10 (Windows_NT x64 10.0.19045)
• VS Code Version: 1.131.0
• Amazon Q Version: 2.1.0 (I tried running this version as well as the latest 2.6.0 release)

What is happening:
Every time I type any message (like "hi") into the chat or text panel interface, the extension breaks and triggers an error loop demanding that I re-authenticate over and over again. The chat panel completely stops working.

What I have already tried to troubleshoot:

1. Completely signed out of both the Amazon Q and AWS Toolkit extension panels.
2. Closed VS Code and manually deleted the local AWS credentials cache directory folder (~/.aws/sso/cache).
3. Cleared the system's Windows Credential Manager tokens associated with AWS/Amazon Q.
4. Rebooted the computer and re-authenticated fresh.
5. Downgraded the extension version to an older release (2.1.0).

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the authentication loop, and the issue remains active. Looking forward to your official hotfix!

As a mature product, it is expected that Amazon Q doesn't face such issues that put the work on a complete halt.
