The content has not been updated to warn users that the plugin does not work with the new version of PHPStorm, 2024.1.4 at the time of writing, as it can be seen on the official page: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/8024-magento-phpstorm
What changes do you propose?
The content should be updated with a new plugin version or workarounds on what to do to make it work with new releases of PHPStorm

The documentation team should contact the plugin's developer and ask them to update it, or provide an alternative. Otherwise, if it is discontinued, then the relevant content should be discontinued as well.
