This PR introduces AGLint v4 🎉
Please note that the VS Code extension must be updated to the pre-release version (2.0 or later) to work correctly with AGLint v4.
Feedback from filter maintainers is especially important at this stage, as we want to ensure the new version works smoothly across real-world filter lists and workflows.
