automatic export option

You are doing an awesome job with the privacy-first dashboard!

One feature that would be very useful for me(or if you already have lmk) is an automatic export option. I often need to report my work activities to my company, and currently I either have to manually write what I did or inspect the ActivityWatch dashboard.

It would be great if ActivityWatch could continuously or periodically export bucket data to a file (CSV, JSON, Markdown, or Excel).

There's a google sheet option, a python script https://github.com/ActivityWatch/aw-client/blob/master/examples/working_hours_gspread.py or aw-work-sync works similar to the same script. Can try supporting Excel too.
