Not sure if this is needed -if the meta data contains release number is that sufficient to identify the tool used (acro)?

@jess is this a duplicate of another issue? is the information we output already (version number) sufficient to identify the software? or does the version number have its own uri?

@jim-smith i don't think this has been implemented , the version string alone is not sufficient to identify the software
