[Feature] Support different sidebar arrangements for different nodes

Please describe your needs or suggestions for improvements

1Panel currently supports rearranging the order of sidebar menu items and hiding certain items. It would be good if this setting were applied on a per-node basis, since different nodes may prioritize different features on the panel. For example, for a node not used for AI agents at all, the AI tab may be hidden, but for other nodes that need it, it can still be enabled.

Please describe the solution you suggest

Save relevant settings on a per-node basis.
