Can't use OpenClaw from time to time

From time to time, the openclaw from 1panel would receive error and can't use it.

From the gateway dashboard, it said "device identity required".

From the log, it shows

What goes wrong? How to fix it? Sometime if I restart it or wait for it long enough then it somehow fixed..
