[BUG] : Smart Schedule ALLOW period does not end after scheduled time

I created a Smart Schedule for an app with ALLOW mode from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
During this period, the app is allowed as expected. However, after 4:00 PM, the app is still accessible normally instead of returning to the configured restriction.

Expected behavior: After 4:00 PM, the ALLOW schedule should end and the app should return to its normal restriction.

Actual behavior: The app remains accessible even after the scheduled period has ended.
