[FEATURE] : Puzzle mode during the day

The user is too easily able to pick up their phone during the day and scrolling without thinking.

Proposed Solution

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen and how it should work.

I think having a puzzle mode to open apps(of course there would be a blacklist for apps like notes, messages, calendar, etc.) during the day, similar to how you have to solve a small puzzle to turn off sleep mode. I think this would be a good deterrent for one picking up their phone and starting to scroll or be non social. These puzzles would be a little more challenging in order to make the user think before scrolling.

I envision this to be a simple feature where you can create schedules for this(every day from 9:00 to 17:00, or every tuesday from 12:00 to 15:00). I also would like to see the ability to set a 3 hour timer and have it optionally pausable.

Alternatives Considered

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Blocking the apps entirely, but that should be it's own thing for a deep focus mode.

The running background apps can be used to force stop the app and bypass restrictions, though I do plan to make a separate issue for that.

I believe my point came across wrong. My goal wasn't necessarily the puzzle to lock the apps as much as the whitelist.

I want the ability to set a schedule from 9:00 to 17:00 where every app but a select few would have a prompt.

I guess the confusion came from the fact that I wished for a bit harder of a challenge, but I guess you are already working on that. ;)
