ElasticPress panel cannot be expanded in Query Monitor for non-logged-in users when Authentication Cookie is enabled #131

Describe the bug

When Query Monitor's Authentication Cookie feature is enabled, non-logged-in users can access the Query Monitor panel as expected. However, the ElasticPress section cannot be expanded, making it impossible to inspect the query details.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Query Monitor's Authentication Cookie feature.
  2. Visit the site as a non-logged-in user with the authentication cookie set.
  3. Open the Query Monitor panel.
  4. Navigate to the ElasticPress section.
  5. Click on an ElasticPress query
