feature: Make `set background=light` work

Describe the feature you would like to see implemented in flow.nvim

Changing the background colorscheme from light/dark to dark/light only works when setting it on the flow plugins configuration.

It would be great if set background=<dark,light> would work as in other color schemes.

Hi @0xstepit , the theme I use supports it, gruvbox.

I believe that solarized also works.
