no device found

I have been going at this wiht Ai for an hour in circles. device is in debugging mode, .\adb devices list my device, the software says it sees nothing. have disconnected and start damon again and again, severl versions of the softeware, ran from folder as admin. another night of "learning" nothing, just going in circles for hours. makes me cry
